Ritu Rana is a  personal branding expert , personality development coach , NLP Practitioner and  a soft skills trainer , who coaches  futurist individuals to be the best versions of themselves ; and facilitates their journey towards their success. 

With exposure to 2 generations in the Indian Army, and having over twenty years of experience in various industries, she has internalized resilience. 

Over the span of 25 years, she has taught in army schools and handled several portfolios to include working with differently abled children in army’s ‘ASHA’ schools, organized career counselling classes for the children of army personnel, supervised vocational training classes for personnel’s spouses, facilitated welfare activities (women empowerment initiatives, soft skills training, creative initiatives for women etc.)She was also deeply involved in conducting ladies’ clubs and remained an active member of the event management teams organizing various events, environmental awareness workshops, personality development workshops for teachers etc. With each new role, she identified her goals and starting setting her course.

After a short stint as an Executive-Marketing and Sales, where she learnt ropes of marketing and handled customer service, at RCI Bangalore , she took a firm step and enrolled  at the  Dr Ambedkar Institute of Management Studies, for Masters in Business Administration for a dual specialization in Human Resource and Marketing (2015) and went on to get enrolled with the Image Consulting and Business Institute to get certified in  Soft Skills , Train the Trainer and Image Consulting courses (certified/accredited by NABET and Conselle L.C, U.S.A as well as SQA, Scotland).

Finally, she could give shape to her  vision and  entrepreneurial journey by -establishing ‘Shakhhsiyat’ – Personality and Image Consultancy, LLP, to  help you identify, nurture and sustain the best and the most authentic version of you for sustained elevated performance. 

Today she paves the way with a  team of experienced and dedicated consultants and trainers; and together, we provide one on one sessions, group trainings, webinars and customized solutions for students, individuals, educational institutions, companies and NGO’s on soft skills, human resource development and personal branding, so on and so forth.

She has  brought  her personality , experiences and skills together in one brand ,  and  is  successfully helping individuals, organisations and Institutions in  designing the same lives for themselves.
